\r\nDramatic forensic experiments are a great motivator for your chemistry students because the tests show chemistry in action. This forensic kit uses phenolphthalein to test for the presence of blood on materials. (Either animal or human blood can be used because the test will not distinguish between the two blood types. Additional serology testing is needed to differentiate the two blood types.) For safety, the experiment can be performed as a demonstration only, then passed around the classroom. \r\n
\r\n There is enough material to complete 30 tests. The small amount of pre-measured chemicals makes for faster prep time, easier clean up, and fewer disposal worries.\r\n
