- Your shipment will be sent by the most economical and efficient means, unless you specify a preferred carrier when you order. Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order as it is created ($10.00 minimum) refer to your shopping cart for actual shipping charge. Need in a hurry? Please specify your special shipping requirements using the drop down box on the Delivery & Payment Options page of the checkout process. Express shipping charges will be calculated prior to checkout. Certain hazardous chemicals and items that are required to ship by motor freight may not be eligible to ship by air. You will notified prior to shipment if any of your items cannot be shipped via the method you specified.

Nor do we compile, buy, sell, rent or trade personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, or data concerning health or sex life. All marketing efforts we undertake are targeted toward a business audience only. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect - nor do we want - private information from minors. Children (under age 16) should always request the permission of a parent or guardian before sending personal information to us, or to anyone else online. Basic Science Supplies collects information about users' activities during their visits to our websites and interactions with our staff. These activities include, but are not limited to: registration, requesting a catalog, placing an order, requesting a quote, responding to a promotion and other communications via letter, phone, fax and email. - Need to return a product? At Basic Science Supplies, we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied. If by chance you would like to return a catalog product within 30 days of purchase, all we ask is the following: 1. Obtain a return authorization number by contacting our customer service department at 1-888-743-1722 or e-mailing info@basicsciencesupplies.com 2. Return product with original packaging and the return authorization number clearly noted on the shipping carton Additional Details * After 30 days, you will still need to obtain a return authorization number; however, unless otherwise provided in a specific warranty, only products found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of one (1) year from invoice date. * Return authorizations are valid 14 days from issue. * All returned products are subject to inspection. Products displaying use, misuse, or other damage will not be accepted. * Products must be returned in original manufacturers packaging. * A minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns between 31 and 120 days if the item is received in its original packaging and is unopened. * Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. * Software and select products do not qualify for a refund based on usage. * Refunds are issued by check for pre-paid merchandise. Credit order refunds are issued to the credit card or seller’s open account to which the product was charged.
