\r\nStudents can see for themselves the drama of chemistry in action as they observe chemistry experiments that are otherwise difficult to perform in a classroom setting. Each Chemistry in the Classroom experiment can be demonstrated in front of the class, and then passed around. Kits shorten preparation time, make clean up easy and safe, and include instructions and enough pre-measured reagents to complete five chemistry demonstrations.\r\n
    To create a silicate garden, add a few colored crystals to a clear solution in a glass jar or beaker. Within a few minutes, large plant-like structures extend from the crystals. Suitable for all grade levels.\r\n

        30 ml Sodium Silicate Soln, 40%, qty. 2 \r\n
        20 g Iron (III) Chloride, Hexahydrate \r\n
        20 g Copper (II) Chloride, Dihydrate \r\n
        20 g Cobalt Nitrate, Hexahydrate \r\n
        20 g Zinc Sulfate, Heptahydrate \r\n
    Not included: glassware, lab equipment, and safety equipment.\r\n
